A scenic 2 1/2 miles, along beautiful Resurrection Bay, brings you to magical Lowell Point and a home or two all to yourselves. We are across the street from Resurrection Bay with beach access on either side. One place sleeps 6 and one sleeps 7. Each place has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a queen sofa bed, bath and a fully furnished kitchen. In addition, Beach House #1 has a sunroom with a single futon. The Treefort apartment is in a beautiful forest setting, with a queen bed, a queen futon, a climb-up ladder loft with a single mattress, a kitchen with all the amenities, and a full bath. We also have an overflow cabin with a queen futon and a single mattress in the loft that sleeps 3. The cabin has heat and a small refrigerator, microwave and a coffeepot. There is a barbeque pit, picnic area and a fire pit available for your use. It’s an ideal location for a family or a group.

So, stroll on the beach with your morning coffee or go fishin'. In August, you can hear silver salmon jumpin' right from home! Or, just sit on the beach, surrounded by shimmering waves, the song of eagles, and the grandeur of our mountains.

Out back, you can hike to historic Caines Head or take the kids out to Tonsina Point. Pink salmon are there swimming in the creek much of the summer. You'll be swept away, hearing the wind whisper through the alders, the waves lapping through your soul.

There is beach access just down the street from the Beach Houses. If you’re lucky, you may find sea lions frolicking in the waves or a sea otter lying on its back munching on mussels. At low tide you can search the tide pools for tiny sea creatures or find colorful starfish latching on to the sides of the rocks. On a clear day, you will see Majestic Mount Alice watching over you from across the bay while eagles soar above. Kayaking & fishing are also available for those of you who are more adventurous.
