The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.  Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to the first day of your stay for a full refund.  If cancelled within 2 weeks, you will be refunded for any days that we are able to rebook your reservation minus a $25 cancellation fee.

A 2 night minimum is required.

Check in time is 4 P.M.

Check out time is 11 A.M.

The houses, yard and parking are all for customers use only.

Our places are not designed for fish processing. The customer agrees to pay $150 for any fish odor removal in or out of the house. There are places to clean fish and we will gladly help with advice.

No pets.

No RV’s.
